Your man Jerry was such a great help. I called your office because my Bak-Talk didn't seem to be sensing anything. In about 3 minutes, Jerry figured out that we had a faulty speaker.

He arranged for a new one to be shipped out right away. I got it a few days later, snapped in the connector, and it was working as good as new.
