Your man Jerry was such a great help. I called your office because my BAK-TALK didn't seem to be sensing anything. In about 3 minutes, Jerry figured out that we had a faulty speaker.

He arranged for a new one to be shipped out right away. I got it a few days later, snapped in the connector, and it was working as good as new.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we would like the opportunity to work with you to resolve your issues and ensure that your experience with BAK-TALK leaves you delighted.

In the event that you still wish to return your unit, here are a few things you should know:

  • Within 30 days of your order you may return your BAK-TALK in new condition, including original packaging and paperwork, for a refund.
  • We are unable to accept returns of used items, or items returned more than 30 days after purchase. The credit card originally used will be credited for the purchase price of the item and any applicable sales tax, excluding all shipping and handling costs. Your credit card will be credited when we have received and processed the returned item. Please allow an additional 14-28 days for the credit to appear on your account. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping BAK-TALK back to American Dealer Services.
  • We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee credit for orders that are not returned in accordance with our return policy.

How to Return a Product

Please call us with your concerns so we may provide you an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). Shipments without RMA #'s clearly posted on the outside of the box will unfortunately be returned to the sender. Please note:

  • All returned items will be examined upon receipt.
  • If the item is not in new condition including original packaging and paperwork or does not meet the return conditions we may be unable to issue you a credit or exchange for a replacement, and the product may be shipped back to you.
    Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.
  • Canceling an Order that Hasn't Shipped

Please call Customer Service at (888) 886-6298 to cancel an item. We will need to confirm that it has not yet shipped. If it has already been sent out, you will need an RMA # to return it, and in order for us to accept shipment.
